Hi, I’m Christine!
I’m so happy you’re here! I’m a mom of two beautiful sweet girls, married to my answered prayer from God above for 13 years. I’m a Physical Educator and a Fitness enthusiast at heart!
Fitness has always been a part of my life since I was a child. I played basketball and volleyball from Elementary to College level. When I could no longer play, I coached for 12 years. While I was coaching I went back to school to get a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology to learn all about the body, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle. I then taught Physical Education at all levels from elementary to college age students and I am now homeschooling my girls, teaching fitness to them and leading fitness clubs for other homeschool children.
Fitness has always been a priority to me until I had my second child 17 months after my first one. With two little girls under the age of two to focus on full time, I started to lack taking care of myself and my health. I began eating so much and exercise when I can, healthy lifestyle was not a priority. Then I started to homeschool my girls when they were in the 1st and 3rd grade and working a part-time job. When I wasn’t too tired or when I had a little bit of free time, I would exercise and I never cared about how much I ate…I ate all the time. When I hit the weight of 200lbs I realized, I am not being an example for my girls and I am not taking care of my body the way I have taught others all those years I was teaching health & fitness. I couldn’t fit in any of my clothes and I was miserable about how I looked and felt. That’s when I decided to make a change and get back to my old self without sacrificing my time with God or my time with my family…my top two priorities.
I perfected the art of being Fit4Life while keeping God and Family first.
I would love to share my tips and advice so you can stay fit and eat healthy with a busy schedule while keeping God and family number one.
My blog is for busy moms with school-age children who are struggling to find time to take care of themselves without sacrificing their time with God and family. I’m here to help you live an active healthy lifestyle as a busy mom.
